I am the co-founder and CEO of Intellect, a digital health company that is trying to make it possible for anyone to easily and affordably access therapy without the barriers. Being a startup, I get deeply involved with many aspects of the company, ranging anywhere from product to growth, and even to HR.

One quote that has made me live much more conscientiously over the past year: "How you do anything is how you do everything". Keeping this in mind reminds me to not put off washing the dishes, getting back to emails, and the list goes on.

One of my favourite things about being at WeWork is the community and people that I get to meet, many of whom come from different backgrounds and walks of life. In the past year I have made many new friends, business contacts, and connections by being a part of WeWork - and that has been a fantastic thing to have happened.
